Cohen Law Group lawyer Steven Cohen gave a presentation to the Dow Jones Global Compliance Symposium March 31st – April 1st. The presentation was an analysis of the newly passed Dodd-Frank Act, which encourages corporate whistleblowers to inform the SEC of potential securities that would generally go underreported by corporations. Behn and Wyetzner lawyers Mike Behn and Linda Wyetzner are celebrating an important decision against Johnson and Johnson regarding kickbacks influencing the sale of their popular drug Risperdal to nursing home patients. The case, which is also being brought by the US Justice Department, alleges that Johnson  and Johnson paid millions of dollars in kickbacks to pharmaceutical giant Omnicare to buy and recommend their products, including Risperdal.  View the decision here.
