Behn and Wyetzner lawyers Mike Behn and Linda Wyetzner are celebrating an important decision against Johnson and Johnson regarding kickbacks influencing the sale of their popular drug Risperdal to nursing home patients. The case, which is also being brought by the US Justice Department, alleges that Johnson and Johnson paid millions of dollars in kickbacks to pharmaceutical giant Omnicare to buy and recommend their products, including Risperdal.
